I also assisted in development plans for the cleanroom and provided AutoCAD drawings for what was the current state of the cleanroom's layout and prepared new layouts for multiple scenarios suggested through meetings with the engineering directors.
Provided below are samples of the AutoCAD layouts

I proceeded to perform testing on materials, processes, and equipment in the plating area. While also being responsible of creating CAD models and professional level detailed drawings for machining for different fixtures and processes.
Provided below are samples of fixtures I designed to facilitate different processes for operators as well as modifications to KDF sputtering pallets to again allow for an increase in yield and lead time.

METRIGRAPHICS LLC:PROCESS ENGINEERING
CO-OP
About Metrigraphics:
Metrigraphics is one of the world’s leading providers of ultra-miniature components. Specialising in ultra miniature design and fabrication encompassing ultra miniature product disciplines, such as electroplating, photolithography and ion beam milling.
My experience and responsibilities:
During my time at Metrigraphics LLC, I was introduced to multiple manufacturing processes such as photolithography, electroplating, sputtering etc.
For my first month, I shadowed the operators in the cleanroom , understanding the usual flow of each process and getting to know the regular products being manufactured, their specifications and familiarising myself with how each process is executed.
The first project I was assigned was to design a fixture to improve the efficiency of the stripping process of a certain part to improve yield and lead time. I prepared multiple drafts and presented them to the engineering directors and once a design was approved upon, I proceeded to prepare engineering dimensional drawings to have the part manufactured.
The fixture was successfully manufactured and did improve the stripping process, contributing to an increase in yield, by fully eliminating the photoresist residue that was causing parts failure
